By downloading, accessing, or using the "Veela" mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old to use this App.

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information (Name, Username, Email) when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

3. Description of Service

Veela uses AI to generate character images based on user inputs. These images are for entertainment and personal visualization purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use the App to:

Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content.
Upload photos of others without consent.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.
Reverse engineer the App.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for generation.
App Content: Veela Team owns the rights to the App interface and code.
Generated Images: Subject to law, you own the rights to images generated for you.

6. Termination

We may suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon deletion, data is removed per our Privacy Policy (within 30 days).

7. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". Veela Team disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving the right to jury trials or class actions. These Terms are governed by the laws of our primary business jurisdiction.
